Contributions address legal issues from domestic, transnational or international perspectives, including comparative law and conflicts of law aspects. Consequently, the IJPL is not only of interest for scholars but also for practitioners in charge of cross-border cases.The IJPL is published twice a year. Each issue consists of five parts Studies, Practice, Debate, Legislation and Information book reviews, interviews, conference summaries. Articles must be written in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish and will be published in the language in which they have been submitted. Preliminary abstracts in the other languages of the IJPL inform the reader about the central points of each article. The IJPL is the journal of the International Association of Procedural Law.La Revue Internationale de droit processuel RIDP fournit une plateforme de recherche internationale pour les chercheurs et praticiens dans le domaine du droit du procs, spcialement en matire civile.Ddie lensemble des modes de rglement des conflits, juridictionnels ou non, la RIDP entend rendre compte de lvolution de lactualit procdurale mondiale aussi bien que des rflexions de type plus thorique sur les principes et les fondements du droit processuel.A vocation acadmique autant qu destination des praticiens du contentieux, la Revue internationale de droit compar est publie deux fois par an, chaque numro comportant une partie Doctrine, une partie Pratique, une partie Dbats, une partie Lgislation et une partie Informations bibliographie, colloques, etc..Les contributions sont rdiges en allemand, anglais, espagnol, franais ou italien. Publies dans la langue dans laquelle elles sont soumises, elles sont prcdes dun sommaire dans les autres langues de la revue, ce qui permet au lecteur dtre inform de manire rapide des points centraux de larticle.La RIDP est la revue multilingue de lAssociation internationale de droit processuel.Die mehrsprachige Internationale Zeitschrift fr Prozessrecht IZP ist die Fachzeitschrift der International Association of Procedural Law. Ziel der IZP ist die Bereitstellung einer internationalen Forschungsplattform fr Wissenschaftler und Praktiker im Rechtsgebiet des Verfahrensrechts, insbesondere des Zivilprozessrechts.Neben Aufstzen in fnf verschiedenen Sprachen, die sich mit der Untersuchung von derzeitigen Entwicklungen in der gerichtlichen und alternativen Streitbeilegung beschftigen, verffentlicht die IZP auch Aufstze, die den Grundlagen des Prozessrechts gewidmet sind. Beitrge befassen sich mit Rechtsthemen aus einer innerstaatlichen, grenzberschreitenden oder internationalen Perspektive, einschlielich rechtsvergleichender und international-privatrechtlicher Aspekte. Somit ist die IZP nicht nur fr Wissenschaftler sondern auch fr Praktiker mit lnderbergreifenden Rechtsfllen von Bedeutung.Die IZP erscheint halbjhrlich. Jede Ausgabe besteht aus fnf Teilen Doktrin, Praxis, Debatte, Gesetzgebung und allgemeinen Informationen Buchrezensionen, Interviews, Tagungsbeitrge. Aufstze knnen auf Deutsch, Englisch, Franzsisch, Italienisch oder Spanisch geschrieben werden, verffentlicht werden sie in der Sprache, in der sie eingereicht worden sind. Dem Aufsatz vorausgehende Kurzbeschreibungen in den anderen Sprachen der IZP informieren jeden Leser ber die relevanten Punkte des einzelnen Aufsatzes.La Revista Internacional de Derecho Procesal RIDP ofrece una plataforma de investigacin internacional para los estudiosos y los prcticos del Derecho procesal, especialmente en materia civil.Dedicada al conjunto de los sistemas de solucin de controversias, jurisdiccionales o no, la RIDP pretende dar cuenta de la evolucin de la actualidad procesal mundial, as como reflexiones de ndole ms terica sobre los principios y fundamentos del Derecho procesal. Con vocacin acadmica, pero destinada igualmente a quienes estn implicados en la prctica de la litigacin, la RIDP se publica dos veces al ao. Cada nmero incluye una parte de Doctrina, una parte Prctica, una parte de Debate, una de Legislacin y una seccin de Informaciones bibliografa, congresos, etc..Las contribuciones pueden estar redactadas en alemn, ingls, espaol, francs o italiano.
